MORTAR SILL INSTALLATION TOOL AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize significant cost down in a method which can be performed more quickly, at a lower cost, and more easily, without affected by weather, with a construction period shortened by excluding drying period, and being possible to be performed even with an unskilled worker.SOLUTION: A mortar sill installation tool includes a mortar sill 1, a hanging nut 2, a hanging bolt 3, a height adjustment nut 4, and a hanging metal bar 5. The hanging nut 2 is embedded in an upper part of the mortar sill 1. The hanging bolt 3 is screwed into the hanging nut 4 for fitting. Into the hanging bolt 3, the hanging metal bar 5 is screwed for hanging from a template frame. Further, from above, the height adjustment nut 4 is screwed, and the height at which the mortar sill 1 is installed is adjusted by the hanging nut 2.
【課題】天候に左右されず、乾燥期間の排除による工期短縮及び熟練工でなくても誰でも出来、より早く、より安く、より簡単に施工出来る工法での大幅なコストダウン。【解決手段】モルタル土台１と、吊り下げ用ナット２と、吊り下げ用ボルト３と、高さ調整用ナット４、及び、吊り用金具バー５を備え、モルタル土台１の上部には、吊り下げ用ナット２を埋め込み、吊り下げ用ボルト３を、吊り下げ用ナット４に螺入して固定し、この吊り下げ用ボルト３に、テンプレート枠にぶら下げるための、吊り用金具バー５を螺入し、さらに、その上から、高さ調整用ナット４を螺入し、吊り下げ用ナット２により、モルタル土台１を設置する高さを調整するようにしたことを特徴とするモルタル土台設置具。【選択図】 図２
