Ballast platform buttress suspension device
The invention relates to a ballasting platform buttress suspension device. The device comprises an anchor bolt arranged in the center of the top of the concrete buttress, the anchor bolt is composed of an anchor rod and a nut, one end of the anchor rod is implanted into the concrete buttress, and the other end of the anchor rod and the nut form a threaded connection pair. The device further comprises a rotary buckle, the rotary buckle is formed by symmetrically welding a steel pipe and two steel plates, the anchor rod is sleeved with the rotary buckle, the rotary buckle is vertically locked through the nut, and the rotary buckle can rotate by 360 degrees on the horizontal plane. The device further comprises a secondary beam, the secondary beam is formed by machining H-shaped steel, mounting holes are formed in the bottom positions, corresponding to the anchor bolts, of the secondary beam, so that anchor bolt heads and the spinner can penetrate into the mounting holes conveniently, the spinner buckles the upper surface of the lower flange of the secondary beam after rotating, and hanging connection between the buttress and the secondary beam is achieved. The buttress is also used as a ballasting, so that the transportation cost of a pure buttress is saved, the gravity center of the whole ballasting platform is reduced, and the stability and the safety of the whole test counterforce device are improved. Meanwhile, the buttress suspension device is simple and light in structure, does not adopt components such as a bracket, a hanging frame and a long double-end stud pull rod connecting pair, and is very convenient to mount and dismount.
