The invention provides a rock stratum crushing tool and a method for efficiently excavating a hard rock stratum of a foundation pit. The tool comprises a fracturing cylinder and a multi-stage expansion square column, the fracturing cylinder is of a big-end-up cylinder structure formed by splicing a plurality of longitudinally equally-divided cylinder splicing blocks, every two adjacent cylinder splicing blocks are connected in a magnetic attraction mode, and a first hollow square hole similar to the expansion square column in shape is longitudinally formed in the middle of the fracturing cylinder; the expansion square column is of a hollow square column structure which is formed by assembling four square column splicing plates which are longitudinally quartered and is large in upper portion and small in lower portion, every two adjacent square column splicing plates are connected in a magnetic attraction mode, and a second hollow square hole similar to the expansion square column in shape is formed in a hollow area of the expansion square column. Multi-stage controllable operation of static fracturing is achieved through the fracturing cylinders and the multi-stage expansion square columns, and vertical vibration crushing of the surface layer of the rock mass is converted into transverse static fracturing crushing in the rock mass; during construction, the crushing time of the hard rock mass can be shortened, on-site mechanical equipment does not need to be added, the efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved.
本发明提供了一种岩层破碎工具及高效开挖基坑硬质岩层的方法。所述工具包括致裂圆柱和多级膨胀方柱,所述致裂圆柱是由纵向等分的多块圆柱拼块组拼而成的上大下小的圆柱体结构,相邻两个圆柱拼块磁吸连接,在致裂圆柱中部纵向设有与膨胀方柱外形相似的第一中空方孔;所述膨胀方柱是由纵向四等分的四块方柱拼板组拼而成的上大下小的中空方柱结构,相邻两个方柱拼块磁吸连接,所述膨胀方柱中空区域形成与膨胀方柱外形相似的第二中空方孔;本发明通过致裂圆柱和多级膨胀方柱实现静力致裂的多级可控操作,将岩体表层的竖向震动破碎转化为岩体内部的横向静力致裂破碎;施工中既可缩减硬质岩体的破碎时间,又无需增加现场机械设备,提升效率,节约成本。
