The invention discloses a unilateral fastening bolt assembly and a joint structure thereof in a fabricated building. The unilateral fastening bolt assembly comprises a screw, a nut and a limiting piece. Wherein the tail part of the screw rod is triangular; a hexagonal through hole for the screw rod to penetrate through is formed in the center of the limiting piece, and the size of the hexagonal through hole is matched with that of the triangular tail part of the screw rod; the limiting piece is fixed to one side of the connecting through hole of the component, and the connecting through hole is triangular. The head of the screw rod penetrates through the hexagonal through hole of the limiting piece and the connecting through hole of the component; the triangular tail part of the screw rod is clamped in the hexagonal through hole of the limiting piece; and the head part of the screw rod is locked on a component through a nut. The high-strength bolt can be installed on one side, two components with plane plates can be connected in a fastened mode, and the connecting performance of a common high-strength bolt is achieved.
