Imbricated stone curtain wall structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an imbricated stone curtain wall structure and a construction method thereof. The imbricated stone curtain wall structure comprises a bearing frame, wall plates are installed on the inner side and the outer side of the bearing frame respectively; the bearing and hanging frame comprises a plurality of lock catch assemblies and a connecting rod, each lock catch assembly comprises two arc-shaped clamping plates which are oppositely arranged, one end of the other arc-shaped clamping plate is provided with an inserting plate which is detachably inserted into the bearing and inserting groove of one arc-shaped clamping plate, the connecting rod is arranged in the lock holes of the lock catch assemblies on one layer of base in a penetrating mode, one ends of the two arc-shaped clamping plates are clamped on a base body, and the other ends of the two arc-shaped clamping plates are clamped on the other arc-shaped clamping plates. A tie piece is connected between one ends of the two arc-shaped clamping plates, and a support is adjustably mounted on the adapter plates of the two arc-shaped clamping plates; the upper parts and the lower parts of the stone panels are respectively hung on the vertical plates of the two opposite supports of the two adjacent layers of bases through hooks, and the lower part of the upper-layer stone panel covers the upper part of the lower-layer stone panel. The method solves the problem that a curved external facade with a changeable shape is constructed by adopting traditional dry-hanging stone, so that an abutted seam is easy to be too large.
