Integrated photovoltaic curtain wall structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an integrated photovoltaic curtain wall structure which comprises a keel assembly, a photovoltaic assembly and a frame assembly used for fixing the photovoltaic assembly, hooks are arranged on the back face of an upper frame of the frame assembly, and the keel assembly is provided with hanging ports used for hanging of the hooks. The lower end of the frame assembly is fixedly connected with the keel assembly through bolts. A groove is formed in the upper position of the front face of an upper frame of the frame assembly, and a protruding part is arranged on a lower frame of the frame assembly. The invention further relates to a construction method of the integrated photovoltaic curtain wall. The construction method mainly comprises the following steps that the keel assembly is installed; assembling a photovoltaic unit; preassembling, wherein hooks on the frame assembly are arranged in the hanging ports so that the frame assembly can be connected to the keel unit in a hanging mode; the lower ends of the frame assemblies move towards the interior of the building, so that the pre-locking buckles of the frame assemblies are arranged in the pre-locking openings of the adjacent lower frame assemblies, and pre-assembling is achieved; and fixing the frame assembly. The installation structure has the effect of being convenient to install.
