Rope lifter with door-shaped structure
The rope lifter comprises a power part, a front guide rail, a rear guide rail, a rope, a glass bracket and reversing wheels, the front guide rail and the rear guide rail are each provided with three reversing wheels, the reversing wheels enable the rope to be arranged in a door shape, the glass bracket is fixed to the rope, and bolt fixing holes are formed in the glass bracket; the driving motor is arranged between the bottoms or the tops of the front guide rail and the rear guide rail, mounting brackets are welded on the upper parts and the lower parts of the front guide rail and the rear guide rail, and the lifter can be fixed on a vehicle door metal plate; the driving motor and the glass bracket are connected through the rope, the driving motor is matched with the reel gear, rope tightening and releasing are converted into sliding of the glass bracket on the guide rails, and the glass bracket is matched with the cross section of the front guide rail and the cross section of the rear guide rail through an encircling structure to drive glass to run. According to the invention, volume minimization and light weight are realized; and lighter weight and smaller installation space are provided.
本发明公开了一种“门”型结构的绳索升降器,包括动力部分、前导轨、后导轨、绳索、玻璃托架和换向轮,所述前导轨和后导轨分别布置有三个换向轮,换向轮使绳索成“门”型布置,绳索上固定有玻璃托架,玻璃托架上有螺栓固定孔;驱动电机布置在前导轨与后导轨底部或顶部中间位置,前导轨、后导轨的上部和下部均焊有安装支架,可将升降器固定到车门钣金上;绳索将驱动电机、玻璃托架连接,驱动电机和绕线轮齿轮配合、将绳索收紧和释放,转化为玻璃托架在导轨上的滑动,玻璃托架通过环抱结构与前导轨、后导轨的截面配合,带动玻璃运行。本发明实现了体积最小化,轻量化;提供了更轻的质量和更小的安装空间。
