Method for preparing inorganic composite material by utilizing straw and wood-bamboo processing residues
The invention discloses a method for preparing an inorganic composite material by utilizing crop straws and wood and bamboo processing residues, which relates to the technical field of composite material manufacturing and comprises the steps of pretreatment, unit processing, mixing, paving, forming, primary curing, rough machining, secondary curing and finish machining. The unit processing is to process rice straws or wheat straws into rice straws or wheat straws which are not greater than 1cm, 1cm-2cm, 2cm-5cm, 5cm-10cm, 10cm-20cm and gt; the length is 20cm, so that products with different densities and functions can be produced; the material mixing comprises the step of uniformly mixing the magnesium-based cement gum, the wood and bamboo processing residues and the straws according to different set mass ratios; and the rough machining is to perform saw cutting and other machining on the blank in an incomplete curing state after the primary maintenance. According to the method, the characteristics of the crop straws, the wood and bamboo processing residues and the magnesium-based daub are fully exerted, multi-scale comprehensive utilization of the straws is realized, and the inorganic composite material with multiple functions is prepared and is used for processing materials for preparing building walls, furniture, decoration, fire prevention and the like.
本发明公开利用农作物秸秆、木竹加工剩余物制备无机复合材料的方法,涉及复合材料制造技术领域,包括前处理、单元加工、混料、铺装、成型、一次养生、粗加工、二次养生、精加工步骤。所述单元加工是将稻秸秆或麦秸秆加工成不大于1cm、1cm~2cm、2cm~5cm、5cm~10cm、10cm~20cm、>20cm的长度,以生产不同密度与功能的产品;所述混料包括将镁基胶泥、木竹加工剩余物、秸秆按照设定的不同质量比混合均匀;所述粗加工是针对一次养生后不完全固化状态下的坯料进行锯切等机械加工。本方法充分发挥农作物秸秆、木竹加工剩余物和镁基胶泥的特点,实现秸秆多尺度的综合利用,制备多种功能的无机复合材料,以用于制备建筑墙体、家具、装饰和防火等材料的加工。
