Method for preparing high-density inorganic composite material from straw and wood-bamboo processing residues
The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-density inorganic composite material by utilizing straw and wood-bamboo processing residues, which relates to the technical field of composite material manufacturing and comprises the steps of pretreatment, unit processing, mixing, paving, forming, primary curing, rough machining, secondary curing and finish machining. In the unit processing, rice straw or wheat straw and wood and bamboo processing residues are processed to be not larger than 1 cm in length, so that a high-strength material with a flame-retardant function is produced; the material mixing is to uniformly mix the magnesium-based daub, the wood and bamboo processing residues and the straws according to different set mass ratios; and the rough machining is to saw and machine the blank which is not completely cured after the primary maintenance. According to the method, the respective characteristics of the crop straw, the wood and bamboo processing residues and the magnesium-based daub are fully exerted, high-added-value utilization of the crop straw and the wood and bamboo processing residues is achieved, and the inorganic composite material with the flame-retardant function is prepared and used for preparing building walls, decoration products, fireproof products and the like.
本发明公开一种利用秸秆、木竹加工剩余物制备高密度无机复合材料的方法,涉及复合材料制造技术领域,包括前处理、单元加工、混料、铺装、成型、一次养生、粗加工、二次养生、精加工步骤。所述单元加工是将稻秸秆或麦秸秆和木竹加工剩余物加工成不大于1 cm的长度,以生产具有阻燃功能的高强度材料;所述的混料是将镁基胶泥、木竹加工剩余物、秸秆按照设定的不同质量比均匀混合;所述粗加工是针对一次养生后不完全固化状态下的坯料进行锯切加工。本方法充分发挥农作物秸秆、木竹加工剩余物和镁基胶泥各自的特点,实现农作秸秆和木竹加工剩余物的高附加值利用,制备具有阻燃功能的无机复合材料,用于制备建筑墙体、装饰和防火等产品。
