The alcoholized porcelain comprises basic glaze and ginkgo leaf ash glaze, the basic glaze is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 30%-50% of potassium feldspar, 20%-40% of quartz, 3%-8% of kaolin, 7%-15% of limestone, 3%-9% of clay, 6%-10% of ferric oxide and 0.5%-2% of zinc oxide; the ginkgo leaf ash glaze is prepared by the following steps: drying ginkgo leaves in the sun, firing the ginkgo leaves into ash at 800-900 DEG C, elutriating the ash, sieving the ash with a 100-mesh sieve to prepare slurry, adjusting the specific gravity of the slurry to 1.3, adding 20% of Dehua jade mud and 10% of a solvent, and finally performing a secondary firing process. According to the invention, a special formula containing ginkgo leaf ash glaze is prepared, the glaze surface of the alcoholized porcelain is subjected to high-temperature reduction firing by adopting a secondary firing process to form a high-entropy alloy which becomes a stable oxidant and has a catalyst effect, the index contents of total acid, ethyl acetate and methanol of wine alcoholized by an alcoholization cup are far lower than the standard, and the total fat content is greatly higher than the standard value.
