Porcelain aluminum veneer and manufacturing process thereof
The invention discloses a porcelain aluminum veneer. The porcelain aluminum veneer comprises aluminum veneer bodies and edge side plates, and is characterized in that a plurality of aluminum veneer bodies are connected through mounting mechanisms, wherein the ends, away from the aluminum veneer bodies, of the edge side plates are connected with folding mechanisms; each mounting mechanism comprisesa limiting groove formed in one end of the corresponding aluminum veneer body; the ends, opposite to the previous aluminum veneer bodies, of the adjacent aluminum veneer bodies are fixedly connectedwith connecting blocks; the outer side walls of the connecting blocks are slidably connected with the inner side walls of the limiting grooves; containing grooves are formed in the upper sides and thelower sides of the connecting blocks correspondingly; the inner side walls of the containing grooves are rotationally connected with limiting plates through rotating shafts; and the side faces of thelimiting plates are fixedly connected with telescopic rods. According to the porcelain aluminum veneer, through cooperative work of the mounting mechanisms and the folding mechanisms of the porcelainaluminum veneer, the currently-machined porcelain aluminum veneer can be effectively assembled during assembling, and the situation that the veneer falls due to the fact that the veneer bodies are not integrated is avoided.
本发明公开了一种烤瓷铝单板,包括铝单板和边缘侧板,其特征在于,多个所述铝单板之间通过安装机构连接,所述边缘侧板远离铝单板的一端连接有折叠机构,所述安装机构包括开设在其中一个铝单板一端的限位槽,相邻的所述铝单板与之前的铝单板相对的一端固定连接有连接块,所述连接块的外侧壁与限位槽的内侧壁滑动连接,所述连接块的上下两侧均开设有放置槽,所述放置槽的内侧壁通过转动轴转动连接有限位板,所述限位板的侧面固定连接有伸缩杆。本发明,通过烤瓷铝单板的安装机构和折叠机构之间的配合工作,实现了目前加工好的烤瓷铝单板在组装时可以有效地组装,避免了板与板之间没有构成一个整体,存在单板掉落的情况。
