The invention discloses clay-based recycled aggregate concrete and a manufacturing method thereof. The clay-based recycled aggregate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14.9 to 28.9 parts of 42.5-grade ordinary Portland cement, 21.4 to 33.7 parts of washed sand, 0 to 46.7 parts of clay-based recycled aggregate with the particle size of 20mm, 0 to 16.7 parts of pebbles with the particle size of 5mm, 0 to 27.7 parts of pebbles with the particle size of 10 to 20mm, 0 to 0.1 part of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 6.2 to 10.3 parts of water. The clay-based recycled aggregate is used for replacing pebbles to prepare clay-based recycled aggregate concrete, and indoor curing and soaking curing are carried out. The clay-based recycled aggregate raw material used in the invention is cheap and easily available, can effectively replace stones, reduces the cost of the concrete material, improves the working performance of the concrete, and also effectively solves the technical problem of high value-added resource utilization of the engineering spoil.
