The invention discloses a clay-based magnesian recycled aggregate and a manufacturing method thereof, the clay-based magnesian recycled aggregate comprises the following raw materials: a clay material, a magnesian cementing material and water, the clay material is engineering spoil, the engineering spoil is powder obtained by naturally airing and crushing a mud cake obtained after separation of engineering muck and sand, and the water content is 11.6%; and adding the weighed and stirred slurry into extrusion molding equipment, extruding into the clay-based magnesium recycled aggregate, and carrying out indoor curing, soaking curing and carbonization curing. The raw materials of the clay-based magnesium recycled aggregate are low in price and easy to obtain, so that the technical problem of efficient resource utilization of engineering spoil solid wastes is effectively solved.
本发明公开一种黏土基镁质再生骨料及其制造方法,所述黏土基镁质再生骨料原材料包括:黏土材料、镁质胶凝材料、水,所述黏土材料为工程弃土,所述工程弃土为工程渣土泥砂分离后的泥饼经自然晾晒后粉碎而得的粉末,含水率为11.6%;将称量搅拌后的浆体加到挤料成型设备中挤压成黏土基镁质再生骨料并进行室内养护、浸水养护和碳化养护。由于本发明所用黏土基镁质再生骨料原材料价廉易得,有效解决了工程弃土固体废弃物高效资源化利用技术难题。
