The invention discloses a regenerated sagger based on a waste sagger reclaimed material as well as a preparation method and application of the regenerated sagger. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: S1, mixing a waste sagger reclaimed material, third-grade high-alumina bauxite, flint clay, hercynite and clay to obtain a premix; s2, adding a phosphoric acid solution into the premix, and stirring to obtain a mixture; s3, sealing and ageing the mixture, placing the mixture in a mold, and performing mechanical pressing to obtain a sagger green body; and S4, the sagger green body is subjected to heat treatment, and the regenerated sagger based on the waste sagger recycled material is obtained. The waste sagger reclaimed material is a scrapped oxide sagger after calcining a lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material. The method is simple in process, low in cost, energy-saving and environment-friendly, and the prepared saggar is high in density, high in strength, high in erosion resistance and permeability resistance and high in thermal shock stability.
本发明公开了一种基于废匣钵回收料的再生匣钵及其制备方法和应用。制备方法具体步骤如下:S1.将废匣钵回收料、三等高铝矾土、焦宝石、铁铝尖晶石和黏土混合得到预混料;S2.向所述预混料中加入磷酸溶液,搅拌得到混合料;S3.将所述混合料密封困料,置于模具中,机压成型,得到匣钵生坯;S4.将所述匣钵生坯热处理,即得基于废匣钵回收料的再生匣钵;所述废匣钵回收料为磷酸铁锂正极材料煅烧后报废的氧化物匣钵。本发明方法的工艺简单,成本低,节能环保,所制备的匣钵致密度高、强度大,抗侵蚀和抗渗透性强,热震稳定性高。
