The preparation method has the characteristics of low cost and low energy consumption, and the prepared unfired sagger for the ternary material is uniform in phase component distribution, high in erosion resistance, high in thermal shock resistance and long in service life.
一种三元材料用免烧匣钵及其制备方法。其方案是:以40~60wt%的堇青石、20~40wt%的锂渣、5~20wt%的铝矾土、5~10wt%的水镁石和5~10wt%的碳酸钙为原料,外加所述原料3~9wt%的结合剂,混合均匀,在100~300MPa条件下压制成型,于110~240℃条件下干燥12~48小时,制得三元材料用免烧匣钵。本发明具有成本低和能耗低的特点,所制备的三元材料用免烧匣钵物相成分分布均匀、抗侵蚀性强、抗热震性能高和使用寿命长。
