The invention discloses an integral sagger for sintering lithium manganese iron phosphate and a preparation method of the integral sagger. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: S1, preparing a mixture; the mixture is formed by mixing calcium hexaluminate particles, silicon carbide particles, calcium hexaluminate fine powder, silicon oxynitride fine powder, silicon carbide fine powder and pure calcium aluminate cement fine powder; s2, sequentially adding potassium tripolyphosphate and a potassium fluozirconate solution into the mixture, and stirring to obtain a castable; s3, the castable is placed in a mold to be subjected to pouring vibration forming, curing and demolding, and a sagger green body is obtained; and S4, the sagger green body is subjected to heat treatment after being dried and cooled to the room temperature, and the integral sagger for lithium manganese iron phosphate sintering is obtained. The method is simple in process, and the prepared saggar is high in density, high in strength, high in erosion resistance and permeability resistance and high in thermal shock stability.
