The invention relates to an assembly type damping wall mounting structure and a prefabricated cantilever wall and a construction method.The assembly type damping wall mounting structure comprises an upper cantilever wall, a lower cantilever wall and a viscous damper, and post-pouring areas are arranged at the ends, away from the viscous damper, of the upper cantilever wall and the lower cantilever wall; the upper cantilever wall and the lower cantilever wall are connected with the frame beam through a post-pouring area; an embedded part used for being connected with the viscous damper is arranged at the upper end of the prefabricated cantilever wall, and a post-pouring area is arranged at the lower end of the prefabricated cantilever wall and is a trapezoidal groove in the middle of the lower end of the prefabricated cantilever wall. The construction method comprises the steps of hoisting and butting the upper cantilever wall, the lower cantilever wall and the frame beam; a post-pouring area template is installed; pouring concrete in a post-pouring area; and mounting the viscous damper. The cantilever wall and the frame beam are connected through a pouring method instead of an original sleeve connection method, steel bar connection quality inspection is visual and reliable, cost is reduced, and installation is rapid and accurate.
本发明涉及装配式减震墙体安装结构及其预制悬臂墙和施工方法,所述装配式减震墙体安装结构包括上悬臂墙、下悬臂墙和黏滞阻尼器,上悬臂墙和下悬臂墙远离黏滞阻尼器的一端设置有后浇区,上悬臂墙、下悬臂墙通过后浇区与框架梁连接;所述预制悬臂墙上端设有用于连接黏滞阻尼器的预埋件,下端设有后浇区,后浇区为预制悬臂墙下端中部的梯形凹槽;所述施工方法包括上、下悬臂墙与框架梁的吊装对接步骤;安装后浇区模板的步骤;后浇区混凝土灌注的步骤和安装黏滞阻尼器的步骤。本发明悬壁墙与框架梁的连接采用浇注法代替原来套筒连接法,钢筋连接质量检查直观、可靠,降低成本,安装快速精准。
