Steel pipe laser straightening device
The invention relates to the technical field of laser measurement, in particular to a steel pipe laser alignment device which comprises a placement frame, a suspension frame, a suspension rope, a micro laser, a balancing weight, a base, a laser target disc and a lifting piece. The placing frame is used for temporarily placing the micro laser on the upper portion of the inner side of a steel pipe, the suspension frame is used for being fixedly connected with the suspension rope, the micro laser and the balancing weight are fixed below the suspension rope, the laser target disc can be moved to the lower portion of the inner side of the steel pipe through the base and located in the middle, and the lifting piece is used for moving the base up and down and moving the base out after adjustment is finished; the micro laser is always perpendicular to the ground, and when the micro laser irradiates the laser target disc below, an operator can determine whether the steel pipe is perpendicular to the ground or not by observing the position of a laser ray on the laser target disc, so that the inclination of the steel pipe is adjusted, and the problem that the perpendicularity of the steel pipe relative to the ground is difficult to detect by an existing steel pipe straightening device is solved.
