ROLLER STRAIGHTENING METHOD AND DEVICE OF STEEL PILE, ROLL FOR ROLLER STRAIGHTENING OF STEEL PILE, AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF STEEL PILE
To provide a roller straightening technique capable of suppressing width variation at an end part of a steel pile in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A method for straightening a steel pile having a pair of flanges connected to a web on both ends in a width direction through a corner part and a pair of joints at its tips with a roller provided with a plurality of rolls comprises: binding the web and the flange from an inner surface in a concave shape by bringing a roll surface where one roll in inside rolls can be contacted with a part of a web inner surface flat part and a part of a flange inner surface and is not contacted with the corner part by arranging the inside roll and the outside roll alternatively in a material passing direction over a material passing path of the steel pile into contact with a flat part of the web, and binding the steel pile from an outer surface in a convex shape with the outside roll having a roll surface going along to a part of the outer surface of the flange from the flat part of the web including the corner part of the outer surface of the steel pile in the convex shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼矢板の長手方向端部の幅変動を抑制することができるローラ矯正技術を提供する。【解決手段】ウェブとその幅方向両端にコーナー部を介して接続される一対のフランジと先端に一対の継手とを有する鋼矢板を複数のロールを備えたローラで矯正する方法であって、内側ロールと外側ロールとを、鋼矢板の通材路を挟んで通材方向に交互に配し、内側ロールの内の一のロールが、ウェブ内面平坦部の一部およびフランジ内面の一部と接触可能でかつコーナー部とは接触しないロール面をウェブの平坦部に接触させてウェブおよびフランジを凹状の内面から拘束し、前記鋼矢板の凸状の外面のうち前記コーナー部を含む前記ウェブの平坦部から前記フランジの外面の一部までに沿いうるロール面を有する前記外側ロールで、前記鋼矢板を凸状の外面から拘束し、鋼矢板を矯正する方法である。【選択図】図1
