An assembly for offshore power generation includes: a wind generator; and a monopole extending along an axis (V) for fully supporting the wind turbine, the monopole comprising a lower end (38) for insertion into the seabed (16), the lower end comprising an outer tube body (52) and defining an inner volume (54). The lower end includes: an inner tube (56) extending in the inner volume and defining a lower opening (58), the inner and outer tubes defining an annular volume; the cover plate (60) is welded on the inner pipe body and seals the lower opening; and a wing plate (62) extending in the annular volume and welded on the inner and outer tube bodies, the wing plate defining a plurality of compartments extending along the axis and defining a lower inlet (72) adapted to allow a portion of the seabed to enter the compartments.
