The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing premixed granules and premixed fine powder according to a certain mass ratio to obtain a mixture, adding a certain amount of potassium fluozirconate solution into the mixture, and stirring to obtain a castable; s2, the castable is subjected to pouring vibration molding, curing and demolding, and a sagger green body is obtained; and S3, drying the sagger green body for a period of time, and performing high-temperature heat treatment for a period of time to obtain the special sagger for sintering the sodium battery positive electrode material, wherein the premixed particle material comprises calcium hexaluminate particles and fused zirconia corundum particles; the premixed fine powder comprises calcium hexaluminate fine powder, calcium dialuminate fine powder, dodecacalcium heptaaluminate fine powder, calcium acetate fine powder and rare earth composite yttrium zirconium ceramic powder. The process is simple, and the prepared sagger is high in density, high in strength, high in permeability resistance, good in erosion resistance and high in thermal shock stability.
