High-temperature-resistant wave-absorbing honeycomb ceramic as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant wave-absorbing honeycomb ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of porous ceramic materials. The method includes: acquiring a honeycomb skeleton; introducing a porous structure material to the honeycomb skeleton to obtain a honeycomb structure preform; introducing a ceramic phase on the honeycomb structure preform to obtain a porous compound; and removing the honeycomb skeleton in the porous compound to obtain the high-temperature-resistant wave-absorbing honeycomb ceramic. The prepared ceramic has a porous wall structure and a hollow framework, and mainly overcomes the defects that an existing high-temperature-resistant wave-absorbing ceramic honeycomb is complex in preparation process, poor in wave-absorbing performance, difficult to regulate and control and the like.
