Method for treating foundation in buttress counter-force area in large-tonnage vertical compressive static load test of foundation pile
The invention discloses a method for treating a foundation in a buttress counter-force area in a large-tonnage vertical compressive static load test of a foundation pile. The method comprises the following steps: prefabricating a reinforced concrete block; field leveling is conducted on the area with the foundation pile as the center according to requirements; excavating the field leveling area with the depth of 0.6-2.0 m until an undisturbed soil layer with the foundation bearing capacity characteristic value being greater than or equal to 230kPa is excavated; fully paving a layer of metal plates or roadbed boxes on the undisturbed soil layer to form a base plate layer; fully paving one or two layers of reinforced concrete blocks on the base plate layer according to the excavation depth of the field leveling area to form a concrete block layer; holes, pits or slope surfaces formed after excavation and stacking of the field leveling area are filled with well-graded soil or gravel and compacted to be flush with the surface of the concrete block layer. According to the method, the concrete blocks are used for replacing the replacement filling and cast-in-place raft plates, replacement filling layered rolling and cast-in-place concrete treatment are not needed, the treatment procedures are reduced, the test can be carried out without waiting for the age, and the purposes of reducing cost and improving efficiency are achieved.
本发明公开了一种基桩大吨位竖向抗压静载试验支墩反力区地基处理的方法,包括如下步骤:预制钢筋混凝土块;按要求对以基桩为中心的区域进行场平;对场平区域开挖深0.6~2.0m,直至挖到地基承载力特征值≥230kPa的原状土层;在原状土层上满铺一层金属板或路基箱,形成垫板层;根据场平区域开挖深度,在垫板层上满铺一层或两层钢筋混凝土块,形成混凝土块层;将场平区域开挖与堆载后形成的孔缝、坑或放坡面用级配良好的土或者砂石填满压实至与混凝土块层表面齐平。本发明利用混凝土块替代换填及现浇筏板,无需进行换填分层碾压及现浇混凝土处理,减少了处理工序,且无需等待龄期即可进行试验,实现了降本增效的目的。
