The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a high-strength cement-soil mortar pile, and relates to the field of civil engineering materials, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: performing in-situ drilling and soil taking on a muddy soft soil foundation; mixing and stirring the soil, the dispersing agent, the air entraining agent, the curing material and the water blocking agent in sequence to obtain the flow-state cured soil slurry; the prepared flow-state solidified soil slurry is conveyed into an in-situ hole through a special construction technology, and a complete pile body is formed. Wherein a certain amount of fine aggregate and an air entraining agent are added into the curing material, so that the fluidity required by infusion is met, the strength of a pile body reaches 8MPa or above within 28d, and the problems of low strength, non-uniformity of the pile body and the like of a traditional cement mixing pile are solved.
