HIGH STRENGTH CEMENT MORTAR COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH STRENGTH CEMENT MORTAR CURED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength cement mortar composition having no necessary of a large scale and specific manufacturing facility and having high compression strength.SOLUTION: There is provided a high strength cement mortar composition containing cement, silica fume, water, a fine aggregate, a water-reducing agent, a defoamant and a metal fine particle, in which the cement contains CS of 10.0 mass% to 40.0 mass% and CS of 40.0 mass% to 70.0 mass%, the fine aggregate contains ferronickel slag. There is provided a manufacturing method of a high strength cement mortar cured body including a pre curing process for curing of the high strength cement mortar composition in air at 15 to 25°C for 1 day to 5 days, a first curing process for curing in water at 20 to 60°C for 1 day to 7 days, a second curing process for curing in water at 80°C to 100°C for 5 days to 21 days, and third curing process for curing in air at 80°C to 200°C for 5 to 21 days.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】大掛かりで特殊な製造設備を必要とせず、高い圧縮強度を有す高強度セメントモルタル組成物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】セメントと、シリカフュームと、水と、細骨材と、減水剤と、消泡剤と、金属微粉末とを含む高強度セメントモルタル組成物であって、セメントは、C3Sを10.0質量%〜40.0質量%及びC2Sを40.0質量%〜70.0質量%含有し、細骨材は、フェロニッケルスラグを含む高強度セメントモルタル組成物である。また、前記高強度セメントモルタル組成物を、15〜25℃の気中で1日間〜5日間養生を行う前養生工程と、20〜60℃の水中で1日間〜7日間養生を行う一次養生工程と、80℃〜100℃の水中で5日間〜21日間養生を行う二次養生工程と、80℃〜200℃の気中で5〜21日間養生を行う三次養生工程を含む、高強度セメントモルタル硬化体の製造方法である。【選択図】 なし
