The excavator crushing system comprises a main pump, the main pump comprises a pump I, a pump II and a pilot pump, the oil outlet end of the pump I and the oil outlet end of the pump II are connected to the two oil inlet ends of a hydraulic reversing valve respectively, the oil outlet end of the hydraulic reversing valve is connected with a crushing hammer, and a pressure sensor is arranged on a pipeline for connecting the hydraulic reversing valve and the crushing hammer; the pilot control system provides hydraulic control pressure oil for the hydraulic reversing valve, the pilot control system comprises a switching valve and an electromagnetic reversing device, the switching valve is connected with the pilot pump, and two output ends of the electromagnetic reversing device are respectively connected with two control ends of the hydraulic reversing valve; a controller is further included. The two pumps and the control system for controlling the two pumps are arranged, the double pumps are controlled to alternately work according to requirements through a control strategy, the utilization rate of the double pumps and the load of the main pump are distributed in a balanced mode, the failure rate is reduced, and the use efficiency of the double pumps and the safety of the system are improved.
