The invention relates to a modular combined building, a module used for the modular combined building and a construction method of the modular combined building. The module for the modular combined building comprises a plurality of module units, each module unit comprises a column, a first beam and a second beam which are vertically connected with one another, and joint corners of the module units are formed at connecting joints of the column, the first beam and the second beam; the first connecting assemblies are installed at the joint corners and extend in the longitudinal direction of the columns, and the first connecting assemblies are constructed to be suitable for being connected with two adjacent layers of module units; the second connecting assembly is detachably mounted at the joint corner part and is constructed to be suitable for connecting two adjacent module units on the same layer; and the sealing piece detachably covers the joint corner part, and the first connecting assembly and the second connecting assembly are contained in the joint corner part and covered by the sealing piece. According to the technical scheme, welding operation can be remarkably reduced, site construction is facilitated, and the assembly precision can be effectively guaranteed.
