Building wall heat preservation and fire prevention technology
The invention discloses a building wall heat preservation and fire prevention technology which aims at solving the problem of poor fire prevention of current outer walls. The method comprises the following steps: 1, brushing a water glass fireproof liquid on a cement polymer thin plaster protective layer on a thin plaster thermal insulation wall body to form a fireproof coating; and 2, brushing the water glass fireproof liquid on the energy-saving thermal insulation wall body provided with the basalt fiber cloth, and adhering the BFRP cloth to the energy-saving thermal insulation wall body by using the water glass fireproof liquid, or brushing the water glass fireproof liquid on the surface of the BFRP cloth. And 3, bonding the BFRP cloth with the indoor base layer wall body on the side surface of the window and the rock wool board or the organic heat insulation board arranged on the side surface of the window by using the water glass fireproof liquid, or brushing the water glass fireproof liquid on the BFRP cloth bonded on the side wall of the window, then smearing the heat insulation mortar on the BFRP cloth for bonding, increasing the fireproof performance of the side wall of the window, and smearing the cement mortar on the heat insulation mortar for calendaring. According to the invention, fire spreading can be prevented, and fire loss can be further reduced.
一种建筑墙体保温防火技术,针对当前外墙防火不好的问题。一:在薄抹灰保温墙体上,将水玻璃防火液涂刷到水泥聚合物薄抹灰保护层上,形成防火涂层。二:将水玻璃防火液涂刷到安装玄武岩纤维布的节能保温墙体上,用水玻璃防火液将BFRP布粘接到节能保温墙体上,或在BFRP布表面还涂刷水玻璃防火液。三:用水玻璃防火液将BFRP布与窗口侧面室内基层墙体和窗口侧面安装的岩棉板或有机保温板粘接,或在窗口侧壁已经粘接的BFRP布上涂刷水玻璃防火液,再将保温砂浆抹到BFRP布上粘接,增加窗口侧壁防火性能,在保温砂浆上抹水泥砂浆压光。本发明不仅可防止火灾蔓延,还可进一步减少火灾损失。
