The embodiment of the invention provides a manufacturing method of a reflective cement road pole and the reflective cement road pole. The method comprises the following steps: mixing cement and sand to obtain concrete; concrete and steel bars are used for pouring a cement road rod inner core; adding a reflective material into the concrete to obtain reflective concrete; wherein the reflective material comprises reflective powder and/or fluorescent powder; and adopting the reflective concrete, and pouring an outer reflective protective layer outside the cement road pole inner core to obtain the reflective cement road pole. And compared with a common road pole, the road pole has the advantage that the road pole can be observed more easily at night without additionally arranging a reflective strip. Meanwhile, in the preparation process of the cement road pole, only the outer reflective protective layer is added with a reflective material, so that the amount of the reflective material needing to be added is relatively small, and a relatively high reflective effect can be obtained under the condition that the manufacturing cost of the cement road pole is not greatly increased.
