The invention discloses a method for preparing general cement by chloridizing roasted aluminosilicate, which comprises the following steps: roasting a mixture of aluminosilicate and sodium chloride in a water vapor atmosphere to obtain roasted slag, mixing the roasted slag with a substance containing calcium oxide and magnesium oxide, and grinding to prepare raw material powder; oxidizing and calcining the raw material powder at the temperature of not lower than 1240 DEG C, then rapidly cooling to obtain calcined slag, doping 0-3% of caustic alkali into the calcined slag, and mixing and grinding to obtain the general cement powder. According to the method, the aluminosilicate waste residues can be fully utilized to prepare the low-carbon general cement, meanwhile, valuable metals in the waste residues can be recycled, heavy metal pollution is eliminated, and economic and social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种氯化焙烧硅铝酸盐制备通用水泥的方法,是先在水蒸汽气氛中焙烧硅铝酸盐与氯化钠的混合物得到焙烧渣,后者再与含氧化钙和氧化镁的物质混合粉磨制备生料粉,生料粉在不低于1240℃的温度下氧化煅烧后急速冷却得到煅烧渣,将煅烧渣掺入0~3%的苛性碱混合磨细制得通用水泥粉。该方法可全利用硅铝酸盐废渣制备低碳通用水泥,同时可回收废渣中的有价金属,消除重金属污染,兼具经济与社会效益。
