Method for chloridizing and roasting silicate mixture
The invention discloses a method for roasting a silicate mixed raw material by chloridizing, which comprises the following steps of: roasting uniformly mixed powder of a silicate mixture and chlorine salt in a water vapor atmosphere, and simultaneously leading out flue gas discharged from the mixture. According to the method, sodium chloride or calcium chloride and silicate raw materials are mixed, ground and roasted in a water vapor atmosphere, chlorine salt is converted into oxide to be introduced into silicate, hydrochloric acid is prepared or valuable metal in the silicate is recycled, and heavy metal is removed. The method has important significance on treatment and comprehensive utilization of the silicate-based solid waste residues, extraction and recovery of valuable metals and environmental protection.
