The invention discloses microorganism mineralized recycled coarse aggregate and soil coagulated rock solidified fully-doped recycled aggregate concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The preparation method of the microorganism mineralized recycled coarse aggregate comprises the following steps: uniformly spraying a bacillus pasteurii liquid on the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate, and then maintaining; and after curing is finished, adding a mineralization nutrient solution, and continuously curing to obtain the microbial mineralization regenerated coarse aggregate. The prepared microorganism mineralized recycled coarse aggregate can be fully doped for preparation of concrete, and core mechanical technical indexes such as compressive strength and breaking strength of the concrete and technical indexes of frost resistance and durability can be remarkably improved. In addition, the invention also initiatively uses the soil coagulated rock instead of cement as a cementing material to prepare the solidified fully-doped recycled aggregate concrete, which is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and has important engineering significance and ecological benefits.
