The invention discloses recycled pervious concrete and a preparation method, and the recycled pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 to 1050 parts of coarse aggregate, 300 to 420 parts of recycled aggregate, 400 to 550 parts of cement, 300 to 500 parts of water and 6.1 to 8.9 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 6.7-10.1 parts of silicon carbide is added, so that the bending strength, freeze-thaw resistance and permeability of the concrete are improved; on the basis, polyvinyl alcohol is added, so that the cohesive force of the concrete is improved, the cohesive force among the cement, the aggregate and the fly ash is enhanced, the dispersion uniformity of silicon carbide in the concrete raw material mixing process can be improved, and the bleeding tendency of the concrete after the silicon carbide is added is reduced; therefore, the addition amount of the silicon carbide is increased, the strength improvement effect of the silicon carbide on the concrete is further improved, and the regenerated pervious concrete with good strength is obtained.
