Quantitatively adding the water reducing agent, the gypsum reinforcing agent and the rubber powder into water, and uniformly stirring; adding the weighed gypsum powder into water, stirring, adding the flame retardant, the glass fiber and the defoaming agent, and jointly and uniformly stirring; and pouring the stirred slurry into surface protection paper, carrying out filter pressing molding, and drying to obtain the high-strength flame-retardant gypsum board. The high-strength flame-retardant gypsum plaster board obtained through the method is compact in side face, uniform in glass fiber distribution and high in strength, can be used in a load-bearing mode, and reaches the national B1-level flame-retardant standard.
