The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a premixed solution; preparing slurry; preparing a PyC interface layer; performing vacuum pressure impregnation; preparing a fiber-reinforced silicon carbide biscuit; preparing a fiber-reinforced silicon carbide carbon blank; impregnating and cracking the silicon carbide precursor; according to the preparation method, the production cycle of the product can be shortened, in-situ curing of the silicon carbide particles is achieved, and the silicon carbide particles are dispersed into the gel casting premixed liquid and evenly dispersed into the fiber preform in a vacuum pressurization state; the silicon carbide particles are wrapped by a polymer network generated during gel curing, and meanwhile, the silicon carbide particles can be partially and uniformly dispersed in the fiber prefabricated body.
