Laser glaze repairing process
The invention discloses a laser glaze repairing process. The laser glaze repairing process comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a porcelain piece; step 2, preparing a glaze strip; step 3, laser irradiation; step 4, repairing a glaze surface; step 5, quality inspection; wherein in the first step, porcelain needing glaze repairing is selected, and it is ensured that an unglazed area is clean and flat; wherein in the step 2, the porcelain glaze selected in the step 1 is selected, then the selected glaze is prepared into a glaze strip suitable for use, and the glaze strip is heated to reach a uniformly molten state; wherein in the step 3, the glaze strip is melted in the unglazed area of the porcelain through laser irradiation, so that the glaze repairing part and the surface of the porcelain are fused into a whole; in this way, the glaze strip is left at the repairing position of the porcelain in a laser mode, color difference is avoided, meanwhile, raw materials with the same hardness are adopted for repairing, falling of the repairing materials is reduced, and therefore the quality of the repaired porcelain is improved.
