The invention discloses a preparation method of an ancient ceramic imitation glaze material. The method comprises the following steps: 1, blending ethyl acetate and positive definite acetate according to a ratio of 1: 1 at normal temperature, and standing to obtain a composite liquid; step 2, crushing the acrylic resin particles into powder; 3, injecting the prepared ethyl acetate composite liquid into a reaction vessel, and adding acrylic resin powder accounting for 15-50% of the weight of the composite liquid according to use requirements; step 4, stirring in a mechanical manner, gradually heating to 40-60 DEG C, and further uniformly shaking to obtain a suspension liquid; and step 5, adding 0.05-0.1% by mass of an anti-aging agent BASF B900, 0.05-0.1% by mass of an anti-ultraviolet agent UV531 and 1-2% by mass of a silicon dioxide flexibilizer according to the mass ratio of the suspension to finally obtain a homogeneous suspension which is a clear water-white slightly viscous liquid through visual inspection. The invention has the characteristic of high compatibility with the glaze surface of the ancient ceramic body, and the repaired glaze surface has high simulation degree and can achieve the purpose of'repairing the old as the old and not seeing repairing traces'.
一种古陶瓷仿釉材料的制备方法包括以下步骤;步骤1:常温将乙酸乙酯、乙酸正定酯按1:1调和静置得到复合液体;步骤2:粉碎丙烯酸树脂颗粒至粉料;步骤3:将配制好的乙酸乙酯复合液体注入反应器皿,根据使用需要加入复合溶液重量15%‑50%的丙烯酸树脂粉料;步骤4:机械方式搅拌同时逐步加温至40‑60℃,进一步摇匀成为混悬液体;步骤5:按混悬液体的质量比加入0.05‑0.1%抗老化剂巴斯夫B900、按质量比加入0.05‑0.1%抗紫外线剂UV531、按质量比加入1‑2%二氧化硅增韧剂,最终得到匀质混悬液,目测为澄清水白轻微粘稠质液体。本发明具有与古陶瓷本体釉面相容性高的特点,修复后釉面仿真度高能够达到“修旧如旧、看不出修复痕迹”的目的。
