PP fiber surface modification method
The invention discloses a PP (polypropylene) fiber surface modification method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, soaking PP fibers with absolute ethyl alcohol, washing and drying to constant weight to obtain PP fibers; 2, deionized water, absolute ethyl alcohol and a silane coupling agent are subjected to ultrasonic mixing, and a silane coupling agent solution is prepared; step 3, weighing the dried PP fiber, and soaking the PP fiber in a prepared silane coupling agent solution; taking out the PP fiber, washing with deionized water, filtering, drying, cooling to room temperature, and then drying the PP fiber to constant weight; step 4, preparing a nano calcium carbonate dispersion solution; and step 5, weighing the PP fiber treated by the silane coupling agent, putting the PP fiber into the prepared nano calcium carbonate solution, fishing out the reacted PP fiber, washing the PP fiber with absolute ethyl alcohol, filtering and drying to obtain the final modified PP fiber. The method is used for improving the surface roughness of PP fibers, improving the hydrophilicity and improving the performance of active groups on molecular chains.
