The annular reinforcing steel bar adopts a form that inner and outer longitudinal bars integrally form a ring or the inner and outer longitudinal bars independently form a ring; the upper and lower sections of the prefabricated bridge pier can adopt profile steel or prefabricated concrete convex blocks as temporary supports; a high-strength high-flow-state grouting material is poured between the upper section and the lower section of the prefabricated pier column.
