The invention provides a construction method of a large-span navigation hole lifting trestle. The construction method comprises the steps that steel pipe piles of a lifting frame are arranged at the ends of original trestles on the two banks of a river channel; a dragging sliding rail is arranged on the bridge surface of the original trestle; the guide beams are spliced section by section, and the guide beams are pushed towards the opposite bank direction along the dragging and sliding rails, so that part of the guide beams are suspended above the river channel; a bridge body frame of the navigation hole lifting trestle bridge is spliced to the rear ends of the guide beams in a segmented mode, and the bridge body frame is gradually propelled towards the opposite shore direction; the guide beams reaching the opposite bank are gradually dismantled; the two ends of the bridge body frame are located at the ends of the original trestle on the two banks of the river channel correspondingly; mounting a lifting frame; a bridge deck structure is laid on the bridge body frame. The method is used for overcoming the defect that in the prior art, it is difficult to erect a lifting trestle above a large-span navigable river channel, and a simple, convenient and efficient lifting trestle construction scheme is achieved.
