The invention provides a channel-crossing large-span trestle construction method which comprises the following steps of S1, carrying out backfield pre-assembly on a supporting steel structure of a trestle, and assembling a plurality of truss units into a main span unit and a side span unit, S2, after pre-assembling of the supporting steel structure is completed, completing hoisting of the side span units on the two sides through a floating crane, S3, after hoisting of the side span units is completed, using a movable crane for entering the side span units to be matched with the floating crane,jointly suspending the main span units at the two ends, and assisting the main span units and the side span units to complete assembling. According to the channel-crossing large-span trestle construction method, the construction difficulty of the large-span trestle can be reduced, and the working efficiency of trestle construction is improved.
