The invention discloses intelligent derusting and spraying integrated equipment for a road in-service steel guardrail. The intelligent derusting and spraying integrated equipment comprises a cleaning vehicle, a laser cleaning device, a spraying device, a mechanical arm device and a cleaning frame device. The cleaning frame device comprises a gantry type cleaning frame used for covering the two width sides of the guardrail, and a cleaning head provided by the laser cleaning device and a spraying gun head provided by the spraying device are arranged on a first stand column of the cleaning frame. The carriage of the cleaning vehicle is used for mounting the laser cleaning device and the spraying device; the mechanical arm device drives the cleaning frame device to be stored in or separated from the carriage; the mechanical arm device drives the cleaning frame device to move in the X direction, the Z direction and the Y direction.
