Deep foundation pit supporting structure and supporting method
The deep foundation pit supporting structure comprises a plurality of supporting modules which are sequentially connected in an inserted mode, each supporting module comprises a waterproof enclosure part, the waterproof enclosure part comprises an L-shaped baffle, water collecting grooves with the same length are formed in the side, close to the foundation pit wall, of a vertical plate of the L-shaped baffle, and a cavity, higher than the bottom of the vertical plate, of the bottom of each water collecting groove serves as a drainage groove; the top of the water collecting tank is closed, the bottom of the water collecting tank is provided with an open groove, and water seepage holes are formed in the side wall, close to the foundation pit wall, of the water collecting tank. A slot is formed in the end part of a horizontal plate of the L-shaped baffle plate; the supporting part comprises a positioning assembly which is arranged in a manner of sliding with the slot and a driving assembly which is arranged between the positioning assembly and the vertical plate; the driving assembly can drive the L-shaped baffle to reciprocate in the horizontal direction relative to the positioning assembly. The water stopping performance and the supporting strength of the deep foundation pit supporting structure can be guaranteed at the same time, and the structure is suitable for most soil layer conditions, low in manufacturing cost and capable of being repeatedly transferred and used.
本发明公开了一种深基坑支护结构,其包括多个依次插接的支护模块,每个支护模块包括:防水围护部,其包括L型挡板,L型挡板的竖直板靠近基坑壁的一侧设有等长的集水槽,所述集水槽底部高于所述竖直板底部的空腔作为排水槽,所述集水槽顶部封闭、底部设有开槽,所述集水槽靠近基坑壁的一侧壁上设有渗水孔;L型挡板的水平板端部设有插槽;支撑部,其包括与所述插槽滑动设置的定位组件以及设置在定位组件和竖直板之间的驱动组件;其中,所述驱动组件可以驱动所述L型挡板相对于所述定位组件沿水平方向往复运动。本发明能同时保证深基坑支护结构的止水性能和支撑强度,适用于大部分土层条件,造价低,可反复中转使用。
