The invention discloses a fabricated deep foundation pit supporting structure and a supporting method. The supporting structure comprises prefabricated columns and prefabricated walls, the prefabricated columns are arranged at intervals, the prefabricated walls are located between every two adjacent prefabricated columns, placement grooves are formed in the prefabricated columns, the side portions of the prefabricated walls are located in the placement grooves, cable cavities are formed in the prefabricated columns, anchor cables are arranged in the cable cavities in a penetrating mode, one ends of the anchor cables are connected with the prefabricated columns, and the other ends of the anchor cables are anchored in soil. The supporting method comprises the following steps: measuring and positioning; drilling holes by a drilling machine; prefabricated columns are arranged; digging a guide ditch; prefabricated walls are arranged; earth excavation is conducted; anchor cable construction; solidifying the anchor cable; and the operation is repeated until the designed depth is excavated. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the prefabricated columns and the prefabricated walls are used for supporting operation, components are prefabricated in a factory, field operation is convenient, the strength of the components is high, and the high-strength supporting requirement is met; the number of connecting nodes is small, grouting treatment can be carried out, an overall waterproof acting face is formed, and the waterproof and water blocking effects of the support are guaranteed.
