The invention relates to a turnover shaped tower crane foundation steel platform and a construction method thereof.The turnover shaped tower crane foundation steel platform comprises a pile foundation, a pile foundation reinforcing assembly, a steel platform assembly, a foundation section and a fixing assembly, the pile foundation is reinforced through the pile foundation reinforcing assembly, and the steel platform assembly is detachably installed at the top of the pile foundation; and the basic section is arranged at the bottom of the tower crane supporting leg and is fixed with the steel platform assembly through a fixing assembly. The steel platform is a steel reinforced concrete steel platform, is connected with the steel pipe piles through flanges, and is safe and reliable; the steel platform can be manufactured in factories and assembled on site, disassembly is fast, and time is saved; the steel platform and the steel pipe piles can be recycled, and cost is low compared with a traditional tower crane foundation.
