The invention discloses a construction method of a deformation joint water-stop belt of an underground comprehensive pipe gallery, which can fix a middle-buried water-stop belt at a deformation joint of a bottom plate to prevent the middle-buried water-stop belt from sliding horizontally, and can stably fix an externally-attached water-stop belt at a construction joint of a side wall to keep a preset distance from a reinforcing steel bar of the side wall. The anti-seepage effect at the pipe gallery deformation joint is improved; the construction method comprises the steps that a concrete cushion layer, a waterproof layer and a fine aggregate concrete protection layer are constructed, an externally-attached water stop belt is arranged at the position of a deformation joint at the top of the fine aggregate concrete protection layer, bottom plate steel bars and side wall steel bars are arranged, side formworks are arranged at the preset positions of the side wall steel bars, and a first formwork is installed; and a middle-buried type water stop belt is installed, and a second formwork is installed.
