The invention discloses a construction method for an elastic limit water stop belt at a deformation joint part of a ground-crossing crack pipe gallery structure. The construction method comprises the following implementation steps: step 1, performing construction preparation; step 2, paying off and positioning; thirdly, a water stop belt is preset; fourthly, pipe gallery reinforcing steel bars are bound; 5, installing an elastic limiting device; sixthly, a water stop belt is fixed; seventhly, an end formwork is installed; and eighthly, concrete is poured. The elastic limiting device formed by combining the spring damper, the limiting stopper and the multiple connecting parts is matched with the water stop belt to be installed, so that damage of geological disasters to the comprehensive pipe gallery main body structure can be effectively reduced, and the application range is wide; and particularly, the method has very good adaptability to construction of a comprehensive pipe gallery structure deformation joint part penetrating through a ground fracture part and an earthquake multi-area.
