The invention provides an independent supporting frame for assembly type building construction, and solves the problem that workers are easy to fatigue when mounting an independent supporting frame with height adjusted by adopting a thread screwing-in mode, so that the mounting efficiency is relatively low. The device comprises an adjustable supporting rod with the adjustable height, the adjustable supporting rod comprises a vertical pipe and a movable rod which are vertically arranged, the lower end of the movable rod is movably inserted into the vertical pipe, and a detachable supporting head is arranged at the top of the movable rod; a sliding groove which is through inside and outside and provided with an upper opening is formed in the pipe wall of the vertical pipe, movable rod heads perpendicular to each other are fixedly arranged on the lower portion of the movable rod, and the movable rod heads are inserted into the sliding groove in an up-down sliding mode. A turning rod is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the outer side wall of the vertical pipe; the movable rod head is fixedly connected with the lower end of a first rope, and the upper end of the first rope bypasses the turning rod and then extends downwards; a braking mechanism is arranged at the top of the vertical pipe, surrounds the movable rod and is used for limiting the downward movement trend of the movable rod.
