Isotropic boron nitride reinforced aluminum oxide composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an isotropic boron nitride reinforced aluminum oxide composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing a boron source and aluminum nitride powder; step 2, dry pressing molding; and step 3, sintering to prepare the isotropic boron nitride reinforced aluminum oxide composite material with uniformly distributed boron nitride. The isotropic boron nitride reinforced aluminum oxide composite material is generated by carrying out in-situ reaction on a boron source and aluminum nitride in the sintering process. By adopting the in-situ preparation method, the aluminum oxide composite material with an isotropic microstructure can be prepared. Boron nitride is generated in one step in the sintering process, the process is simple, convenient and controllable, the preparation temperature is low, composite materials with different shapes and sizes can be prepared, and the preparation method can be applied to the fields of preparation of high-performance boron nitride reinforced aluminum oxide composite materials and application of the high-performance boron nitride reinforced aluminum oxide composite materials.
一种各向同性氮化硼增强氧化铝复合材料及其制备方法,步骤如下:步骤一、混合硼源和氮化铝粉末;步骤二、干压成型;步骤三、烧结制备以氮化硼均匀分布的各向同性氮化硼增强氧化铝复合材料。本发明利用硼源和氮化铝在烧结过程中进行原位反应生成各向同性氮化硼增强氧化铝复合材料。采用该原位制备的方法可制备出具有各向同性的微观结构的的氧化铝复合材料。由于氮化硼是在烧结过程中一步生成的,该过程工艺简便、可控,并具有制备温度低的特点,且可制备出不同形状和大小的复合材料,可应用于制备高性能氮化硼增强氧化铝复合材料及其应用领域。
