The invention provides a preparation method of a honeycomb alumina carrier, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing aluminum-containing compound powder and binder powder, and adding into a kneading machine; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing water, a peptizing agent and an extrusion aid, adding the mixture into a kneading machine, and kneading to obtain pug; the aluminum-containing compound is aluminum hydroxide and/or pseudo-boehmite; the mass of the water is 70-85% of the mass of the aluminum-containing compound; the peptizing agent comprises one or two of nitric acid and acetic acid; the mass of the peptizing agent is 2-3.25% of the mass of the aluminum-containing compound; taking out the kneaded pug, and aging; carrying out extrusion molding to obtain a honeycomb-shaped green body; and drying and roasting the honeycomb-shaped green body to obtain the honeycomb-shaped alumina carrier. The materials cooperate with one another, so that the honeycomb-shaped green body is directly dried and does not crack; the obtained honeycomb alumina carrier has the advantages of large axial compressive strength, large specific surface area, concentrated mesoporous aperture, cheap and easily available raw materials, simple preparation process, cost saving, and good industrialization prospect.
本发明提供一种蜂窝状氧化铝载体的制备方法,包括将含铝化合物粉体与粘结剂粉体均匀混合,加入捏合机中;将水、胶溶剂和助挤剂混合均匀,加入捏合机中,进行捏合,得到泥料;含铝化合物为氢氧化铝和/或拟薄水铝石;水的质量为含铝化合物质量的70‑85%;胶溶剂包括硝酸和醋酸中的一种或两种;胶溶剂的质量为含铝化合物质量的2‑3.25%;将捏合好的泥料取出进行老化;经挤出成型,获得蜂窝状坯体;将蜂窝状坯体进行干燥、焙烧获得蜂窝状氧化铝载体。本发明各物质相互配合使蜂窝状坯体直接干燥不开裂;所得蜂窝状氧化铝载体的轴向抗压强度大,具有较大的比表面积,介孔孔径较为集中,原料廉价易得,制备工艺简单,节约成本,具有良好的工业化前景。
